The China-Central Asia Summit was successfully held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. It is the first large-scale multilateral event hosted by China after the 31th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

The two sides reaffirmed their firm support for each other on issues involving each other's core interests. China and Central Asian countries have agreed to abide by the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, firmly defend multilateralism, resist unilateralism, hegemonism and power politics.
