Earlier, Putin said that Russia would have to change the principles of the healthcare system. The head of state said this during a speech at the Forum of Future Technologies in Moscow, Russia. The Russian leader said that he considers it possible and ask the government to form and ensure the launch of another national project by the end of this year.
