The head of state said this during a speech at the Forum of Future Technologies.
As Putin said, the authorities are working in the format of national projects in key technological areas. He added that the developed mechanisms provide the opportunity to build the entire technological chain.
“In this regard, I consider it possible and ask the government to form and ensure the launch of another national project by the end of this year, ensuring technological sovereignty for the development of modern health-saving technologies,” said the Russian leader.
Putin called for determining the source of financing before the launch, as well as the necessary amount of funds for its implementation.
Earlier, Putin said that Russia would have to change the principles of the healthcare system.
