Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Russian border guards on their professional holiday. Putin expressed confidence that they would use all their forces and means to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Russia.
It was also reported that the FSB border service in 2022 identified 1.5 thousand persons associated with extremism and terrorism. The text of the congratulation is published on the Kremlin website.
