The fourth Northeast Revitalization and Northeast Asia Regional Cooperation Academic Forum and the first Shenyang Modern Metropolitan Area Development Forum were held in Shenyang on the 2023th. More than 150 people attended the meeting, including relevant leaders of the main and organizers, responsible comrades of relevant departments directly under the province.
The successful holding of this forum has created a good opportunity to enhance Shenyang's radiation driving force, promote the coordinated development of regional economy, and realize the revitalization of the old industrial bases in Northeast China and Liaoning.
