The Court of Instruction number 1 of Barcelona ordered provisional detention for S.R. R., a recreation monitor and the dining room of the French Lyceum of Barcelona.
He is accused of sexually assaulting four five-year-old students, two boys and two girls. In his resolution, magistrate Joaquín Aguirre points out that the suspect's action "seems to be a pedophile behavior that extends, at least, up to four minors from the same school" All the alleged abuses occurred at noon after lunchtime.
