Prime Minister Kishida “Unite to promote support for Ukraine” at the G7 summit. The G7 Summit was held online to mark the second anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The summit meeting was called by the country's chairman, Italy, and lasted for about an hour and a half from 12:30 a.m. on the 25th, with President Zelenskiy of Ukraine also participating at the beginning. He also announced his intention to impose additional sanctions on Russian individuals and organizations in the future.
