Kazakh President Tokayev says transforming Kazakhstan into an advanced country is a goal, not a slogan. On February 6, local time, he signed a presidential decree officially appointing Orzas Bekdenov as the prime minister of the new government.
He said the country must follow a gradual path of reform and continuously promote high-quality development. All of this should be based on the comprehensive implementation of the "Just Kazakhstan" policy, according to the website of the Presidential Palace of Kazakhstan.
