[HIGHLIGHTS] Presented awards to distinguished servicemen: Gerasimov visited the command post of the 58th Combined Arms Army in the Northern Military District zone

Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov visited the command post of the 58th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District. He was informed about the situation and the order of further actions of the military unit.

He also presented the Order of Courage, medals “For Courage” and ‘For Bravery’ to the most distinguished servicemen. Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter Dmitry Dyadchuk said that he had to hide in a destroyed house for more than a week so as not to be killed.
