Permanent Representative of Russia to the WTO says voices of non-Western countries are increasingly heard in the WTO. He says the organization no longer ‘serves’ Western interests to the detriment of the aspirations of other members.

Russia will not gain anything from leaving the World Trade Organization, he says. Almost all of the country’s foreign trade is based on the rules of this organization, Platonov says. He adds that Russia has no plans to withdraw from the organization.
