The pace of implementation of important Russian technologies is insufficient, says the Russian Security Council. The council is discussing issues of national security in the Ural Federal District.

The meeting will take place in the city of Kurgan, in the Russian part of the country, on Thursday, February 14. The session is open to the public, and will be followed by a press conference on Friday, February 15, at 11:30 a.m. local time (2:30pm GMT) in Kurgan.
