Patrushev: the goals of the North Military District will be achieved, despite Ukraine’s attempts to intimidate the Russians. Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko emphasized that no factors will affect Russia's determination to consistently implement the special military operation.
The Russian Security Council Secretary stressed that despite the attempts of the Kyiv regime to intimidate Russian citizens with terrorist attacks and shelling, the goals will be fulfilled. The Ukrainian regime is trying to destabilize the situation in Russia by striking purely at civilian targets, as was the case in Belgorod.
