Pashinyan’s party said that Armenia is not taking steps against Russia. Vagharshak Hakobyan, deputy head of the permanent parliamentary commission on regional issues and issues of Eurasian integration, called statements that Yerevan was taking any actions against Russia a provocation.
“Armenia is not doing anything against any country, especially against Russia, because we are still considered an ally of Russia and a country located in the same economic zone,” TASS quotes him as saying.
