Palestinian factions agree on a final statement for the Moscow talks. The attendees agreed to continue meetings in Moscow to address all Palestinian issues.
The new talks come in the wake of a devastating war launched by Israel on the Gaza Strip since October 7. The program of meetings in the coming days has not yet been officially revealed, nor has a statement been issued by the factions regarding the events of the first day of the meeting. The most recent of the meetings in Algiers in October 2022, and a meeting in the Egyptian city of El Alamein in June 2023.
