One of the most wanted fugitives in France, leader of a Marseille criminal clan, arrested in Tarragona. He is accused of drug trafficking, illicit possession of weapons, crimes against order and public safety and membership in a criminal organization.
The fugitive had a European Arrest and Surrender Order (OEDE) issued by France in force, and for these crimes he would face a sentence of ten years in prison. The detainee used up to four false identities and had a wide support network.
