[HIGHLIGHTS] Office premises echo empty in Kista – become housing

23 percent of office premises are empty in Stockholm. In Kista the figure remains high, in total it is 23 percent.

In the area, there are plans to convert empty offices into housing and other investments. According to JLL, a lot is about planning processes and that it is far too slow to get them completed in Sweden. "We need help from both politicians and entrepreneurs to dare to invest and believe in the area," says Niclas Höglund, Head of Research at JLL.
