Yaroslav Nilov is the head of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs. He spoke about a draft law that provides for the possibility of obtaining a plot of land or monetary compensation for families with three children.
Nilov said that it is absolutely wrong to assume that “if a person does not need to improve their living conditions, then the family is not allocated land” The draft law will be submitted to the Government for approval, he said.
