Nicaragua files a lawsuit against Germany with “International Justice” for supporting Israel. Nicaragua asked the court to issue emergency measures obligating Berlin to stop supporting Israel militarily.
The lawsuit derives its basis from South Africa's lawsuit against Israel, in which it accuses it of committing genocide against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. Some major donors to UNRWA, including the United States and Germany, suspended funding for the agency after allegations that about 12 of its tens of thousands of Palestinian employees participated in an attack by Palestinian resistance factions.
