Neighbors of Tetuán arrest a thief after looting several apartments: he was carrying a backpack with money, jewelry and lockpicks. The arrested person is an active thief from Georgia, 30 years old, with a police record.
Inside the backpack he had a multitude of jewelry, tools and utensils for opening doors, Allen keys, a white jar with elongated gold-colored aluminum papers to mark the notches of the key, lock picks and master keys. He was accompanied by two other men who were able to escape and who the Police are still looking for.
