[HIGHLIGHTS] Nebenzia: The West never remembers Kiev's shelling of the cities of Donbass

Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN said that the West never remembers the protection of civilians. He said this at a meeting of the UN Security Council dedicated to the topic of Western arms supplies to Kiev.

Geng Shuang, Deputy Permanent Representative of the People's Republic of China, said the supply of weapons to the Ukrainian conflict zone leads to escalation. He also said that Russia reserves the right to take all measures to neutralize threats from Ukraine's armed forces. The meeting was held at the UN HQ in New York.
