"Not a day goes by now that there are no reports of civilian casualties," Nebenzia said.
According to him, Western countries are aware of these realities, but do not remember either the protection of civilians or the norms of international humanitarian law.
"They are not at all embarrassed by the fact that these strikes are delivered by weapons supplied by them," the Russian permanent representative added.
