National Fire and Rescue Bureau: It is strictly prohibited to set up obstacles on doors and windows in crowded places. Places with densely populated areas must strictly abide by the "Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and other fire protection laws and regulations.
The crowded places mentioned in this notice include hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, markets, passenger station waiting rooms, passenger terminal waiting halls, civil airport terminals, sports venues, auditoriums and public gathering places, hospitals, nursing homes, welfare homes.
