  1. Carry out fire safety inspections. Fire prevention inspections and inspections should be organized immediately in crowded places. It is strictly prohibited to set up iron fences, barbed wires and other obstacles on doors and windows that would affect escape, fire-fighting and rescue.

  2. Eliminate fire hazards promptly. If a fire hazard is discovered in a densely populated place, effective measures should be taken promptly to eliminate the hazard. If obstacles that affect escape, fire-fighting and rescue have been set up on doors and windows, they should be removed proactively.

  3. Strengthen firefighting training and drills. In crowded places, all employees should immediately be organized to conduct fire safety training, implement fire-fighting and emergency evacuation plans, and conduct fire drills. Employees should be aware of the fire hazards of the site, be able to report fire alarms, put out initial fires, and organize escapes and self-rescues.

  4. Carry out fire safety reminders. Places with densely populated areas should inform the public of the site's safe escape routes, the location of safety exits, and how to escape and save themselves in emergencies such as fires; they should also inform the public of the site's escape facilities, equipment locations, and usage methods.

  The crowded places mentioned in this notice include hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, markets, passenger station waiting rooms, passenger terminal waiting halls, civil airport terminals, sports venues, auditoriums and public entertainment venues and other public gathering places, hospitals Outpatient buildings, ward buildings, school teaching buildings, libraries, canteens and dormitories, nursing homes, welfare homes, nurseries, kindergartens, reading rooms in public libraries, public exhibition halls, museum exhibition halls, labor-intensive enterprises Production and processing workshops and employee dormitories, places for tourism and religious activities, etc.

  Places with densely populated areas must strictly abide by the "Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and other fire protection laws and regulations, and do a good job in fire safety. If the public finds obstacles on doors and windows in crowded places that affect escape, fire-fighting and rescue, they can report it to the local fire rescue agency through phone calls, letters, visits, etc.

  If obstacles are set up on the doors and windows of densely populated places that affect escape, fire-fighting and rescue, the fire rescue agency shall order it to make corrections, and impose a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan on the unit; if the unit refuses to make corrections after being ordered to do so, the fire rescue agency shall Compulsory enforcement shall be carried out in accordance with the law, and the necessary fees shall be borne by the illegal perpetrator; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law.
