Moscow's Tagansky Court will consider a $1 billion lawsuit against MTS over Ivleeva's party. The court hearing is scheduled for 11:30 Moscow time.
At the end of January, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow accepted a $ 1 billion lawsuitagainst MTS for organizing a “naked” party in a capital club. The plaintiff demanded to recover compensation for moral damages from MTS, and also to oblige the company to transfer $1billion to the state fund for supporting participants of the Defenders of the Fatherland self-defense organization.
