Morocco expects 30 million passengers at its airports by the end of 2024. The year 2023 witnessed more than 27 million passengers, an increase of 32% compared to 2022.
According to the statement, the international market represents 91% of the total air traffic. The number of tourists who visited Morocco reached 14.5 million in 2023. The country's remittances from abroad amounting to approximately $11.5 billion in the same year, according to the government. The government is planning to attract 17.5million tourists by 2026.
