[HIGHLIGHTS] Mishustin signed a decree on the creation of three special economic zones

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the creation of three special economic zones. The Sistema SEZ will be located in Saransk and on the territory of the Lyambirsky municipal district in Mordovia.

Another special economic zone “Rostovskaya” has been created in Novocherkassk. A new SEZ “Emmauss” will appear in the Kalininsky and Konakovsky municipal districts of the Tver region.
