It is noted that the Sistema SEZ will be located in Saransk and on the territory of the Lyambirsky municipal district in Mordovia, another special economic zone “Rostovskaya” has been created in Novocherkassk, and a new SEZ “Emmauss” will appear in the Kalininsky and Konakovsky municipal districts of the Tver region.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to expand the program of master plans for urban development; it should cover more than 2 thousand settlements.
Putin also noted that all Russian regions should become more economically self-sufficient by 2030.
