The methods of sending summonses for military registration should be established by the government in a separate act, which has not yet been adopted. The register of persons liable for military service will be launched no earlier than the autumn draft.
There will be no fan mailings of electronic summonses to citizens of military age during the spring conscription campaign, they stressed. The dispatch of conscripts to deployment points on Russian territory as part of the spring campaign will begin on April 20, they said.
