Region Blekinge has donated medical supplies to the war-torn country. The majority of the donated material is material that would otherwise have been discarded.
A couple of the items have a value estimated at a total of about SEK 330,000. In connection with the anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion, materials left over during the pandemic were donated. The region has also donated materials to the country in the past, such as body bags and hospital beds for the wounded and newborns.
