Makfa JSC refuses to comment on reports that the Prosecutor General's Office has filed a lawsuit against the company in the interests of Russia. Among the defendants are the founder of Makfa, ex-governor of the Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich and the former general director of the company, Vadim Belousov, who are wanted in a bribery case.
The defendants are more than three dozen legal entities and more than a dozen individuals, RIA Novosti reports.
