“The Makfa company does not comment and does not plan to comment on the situation,” the press service of the joint-stock company told RIA Novosti.

From the files of the Central District Court of Chelyabinsk it follows that the General Prosecutor's Office filed a claim against both Makfa JSC and its affiliated companies. The defendants are more than three dozen legal entities and more than a dozen individuals.

According to the agency, among the defendants are the founder of Makfa, ex-governor of the Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich and the former general director of the company, ex-deputy Vadim Belousov, who are wanted in a bribery case.
