[HIGHLIGHTS] Luleå municipality demolishes properties – then you can pick up materials

Luleå Municipality will demolish two properties on Bergnäset in Luleå. Residents will first be allowed to pick what they want from the interior.

Water and electricity in the properties have been cut off for safety reasons. The municipality receives expressions of interest until 26 May, and then raffles off who can enter the properties. "It's good to be able to reuse things that would otherwise just be incinerated or go to landfill," says project manager John Sandström.
