Linköping Municipality had a goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2025. But on Friday, the goal will not be reached.
Despite this, the Moderates believe that it is a priority issue. The municipal commissioner points as far as 20 years ahead in time before the goal can be achieved. "Many of the entrepreneurs in Linköping are responsible for some of the emissions. Then we also see that you have to work with transport and energy," says Kristina Edlund, chairman of the municipal executive board.
