Al-Dabaiba expressed his appreciation for Turkey's role in supporting stability in Libya, supporting international efforts to hold elections, and ending the transitional phase. Fidan conveyed the greetings of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Dabeiba and the Libyan people, and stressed the bonds of brotherhood and cooperation between the two countries.
