The Lebanese mission to the United Nations submitted an official complaint on Saturday to the UN Security Council in protest against the Israeli shelling of areas in the south of the country. Meanwhile, the Lebanese army announced the discovery of missiles that had been prepared for launch in the plain of Qalila.

On Thursday afternoon, 37 rockets were launched from Lebanese territory towards northern Israel, according to the occupation army. The launch of these rockets came after the Israeli police stormed the tribal prayer hall of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, and assaulted worshipers and those stationed by beating.
