Honored Lawyer of Russia Ivan Solovyov said in an interview with RT that telephone scammers continue to improve methods of deception. According to him, the new scheme applies to residents of the Far East, Siberia, the Urals, the Volga region and remote regions of the north-west of the country.
He recalled that the costs associated with the appearance of a witness at the place of proceedings and accommodation were reimbursed by order of the person conducting the initial inquiry, the investigator, the prosecutor or the judge.
