Lavrov: Russia is waiting for a final decision from Armenia on participation in the CSTO. “We would really like our Armenian partners to decide for themselves how they want to continue to live and implement on a mutual basis those agreements that are not binding in a variety of integration structures,” added the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The Kremlin noted that Russia does not have clarity regarding Armenia’s statement about freezing membership in the organization. According to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the actual freezing of the republic's participation in CSTO means the absence of a permanent representative.
