The Land and Environment Court gives the go-ahead to the offshore wind farm. But there are conditions, including that a buffer zone be added to the nearby Natura 2000 areas.
The wind farm is located near Lilla – och Stora Middelgrund and Röde bank in the Kattegat, which are classified as Natures' areas. One of the four members of the Court dissented, as they considered the conditions difficult to fulfil. The decision was made after a petition by Birdlife Sweden was rejected.
