Juan Alfonso RP, a 52-year-old nursing assistant in charge of caring for the mentally ill, died after being kicked in the testicles in a Madrid hospital. "He was hit by a problematic and much younger patient," sources close to the deceased explained to GRAN MADRID.

The nursing assistant managed to get his vehicle to a parking lot near his home. There " he died at the wheel and his body was discovered inside the car by a neighbor," say sources.
