US President Joe Biden presented his candidate for the post of Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, African-American General Charles Q. Brown.

He presented him as a "warrior" with the greatest military qualities, but also mobilized against racism. The general, who calls himself "C.Q," was noticed during the "Black Lives Matter" protests against racism, in the wake of the death of George Floyd. The ceremony illustrated the diversity at the head of the American state, a principle dear to the 80-year-old Democrat.
