A police officer approached a Jewish rabbi to ask him why he and other Jews participated in a demonstration in solidarity with Palestine on the 75th anniversary of the Nakba. Rabbi Feldman: "In short, we are against the occupation of Palestine.
We are demonstrating here alongside pro-Palestinian people to show our support for the Palestinian cause, because we strongly believe that what is being done in Palestine is wrong" The rabbi concluded his response by thanking the policemen for their cooperation in preserving the right of the demonstrators to express their opinion.
