The EAEU member states are invited to create, by April 1, 2024, “a unified risk management process and the creation of uniform risk profiles for all customs services” The article states that in order to more closely monitor compliance with customs legislation, it is planned to send to the Eurasian Economic Commission data on the average customs value of imported goods. It involves preferential lending for economic projects in which three or more member states of the union are involved.
