As Izvestia writes, this follows from the draft instruction of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.

According to the document, the EAEU member states are invited to create, by April 1, 2024, “a unified risk management process and the creation of uniform risk profiles for all customs services.”

The article states that in order to more closely monitor compliance with customs legislation and promptly identify violations related to understatement of payments, it is planned to oblige the EAEU customs authorities to monthly send to the Eurasian Economic Commission data on the average customs value of imported goods (primarily cars) into the territory member states of the union from third countries.

Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin called for work on implementing the idea of supporting industrial cooperation projects at the expense of the EAEU budget to begin in the near future.

According to him, such a mechanism was approved at the EAEU summit held in May. It involves preferential lending for economic projects in which three or more member states of the union are involved.
