Israel presents a new proposal for the exchange deal and awaits Hamas’ response. Israeli Broadcasting Authority quoted a knowledgeable official as saying that the amended proposal includes what he called Israeli flexibility regarding the return of displaced Palestinians to their homes in the northern Gaza Strip.
