Iran executes 4 defendants convicted of spying for Israel. 4 defendants who were convicted of cooperating with Israeli intelligence services and planning to sabotage an Iranian defense site.
The Iranian Supreme Court rejected the appeal of the defendants. The court rejected the submitted appeal and thus upheld the preliminary ruling issued, according to which the death sentence was executed against them this morning. In August 2023, Iran announced the thwarting of a “very complex” plan hatched by the Mossad with the aim of “sabotaging” its ballistic missile program.
