In the Cherkasy region of Ukraine they began issuing summonses around the clock. Earlier it was reported that in Odessa, military registration and enlistment office employees began using gas canisters when detaining men of military age on the streets.

According to him, there have already been five such cases in the CherKasy region. He clarified that those who came at night would be given a consultation, issued a summons and supposedly “invited to come in the morning’.
