Summons are served around the clock, except [during] curfew,” TASS quotes him as saying.
He clarified that those who came, as well as people who were brought to the military registration and enlistment office at night, would be given a consultation, issued a summons and supposedly “invited to come in the morning.”
According to him, there have already been five such cases in the Cherkasy region.
Earlier it was reported that in Odessa, military registration and enlistment office employees began using gas canisters when detaining men of military age on the streets.
