Two children, aged three and five, rescued from a fire in Tynda, Amur Region. Firefighters from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene.
The cause of the fire was children playing with a lighter, the department said. Earlier it was reported that a four-year-old child died in a blaze in the Krasnodar region. A criminal case has been opened into the incident, according to the department's press service. The fire was extinguished by eight specialists and 3 units of equipment.
