State Duma deputy Sergei Kolunov spoke in a conversation with RT about the development of an initiative. In case of emergency, emergency medical services will have the right to ram vehicles that are blocking passage.

Earlier, State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov proposed introducing the principle of deferred payment for parking until 00:00 of the current day from the moment the service is provided. The initiative will be submitted to the Duma by the end of April - beginning of May, the lawmaker concluded.
