The parliamentarian noted that he proposes a legislative solution to this problem.
“Now I am developing an initiative, thanks to which both fire service vehicles and emergency medical service vehicles will have the right, in case of “extreme necessity” - we will separately define and clarify this concept - to ram a vehicle that is obstructing the passage.
By the end of April - beginning of May, the initiative will be submitted to the Duma,” Kolunov concluded.
Earlier, State Duma deputy Vitaly Milonov proposed introducing the principle of deferred payment for parking until 00:00 of the current day from the moment the service is provided.
